Cumin

Smoked paprika

Chilli powder
For adjustable heat.
Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 courgette, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Tortillas
- Lime
Method

Heat oil in a pan until very hot.

Add the peppers, onion and courgette.

Sear on high heat so they char slightly but stay crisp.

Sprinkle in the spices and salt and toss.

Serve sizzling with warm tortillas and lime.
