Ingredients
- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed veg (peas, carrot, corn)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Method

Heat oil in a wok until hot.

Stir-fry the ginger and vegetables for 2 minutes.

Add the cold rice and break up any clumps.

Season with soy sauce and white pepper.

Toss through spring onion and serve.
