Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, wedged
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
Method

Beat eggs with salt and white pepper.

Scramble softly in hot oil and set aside.

Cook tomato wedges until they release juice.
