Black pepper
Simple seasoning.
Chilli flakes
An optional pinch of heat.
Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 1 courgette, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Handful peas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon zest
- Salt & pepper
- Basil
Method
- 01
Cook the pasta until al dente; reserve some water.

Saute garlic then the vegetables in olive oil until just tender.

Add the pasta with a splash of the reserved water.

Toss with lemon zest, salt and pepper.

Finish with basil and serve.
