Ingredients
- 2 bread rolls, halved
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Pico de gallo (tomato, onion, chilli)
- 1 tbsp oil
Method

Warm the refried beans with cumin and salt.

Spread the beans over the halved rolls.

Top generously with grated cheese.

Toast in a covered pan until the cheese melts.

Spoon fresh pico de gallo over and serve.
