Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green chilli, minced
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Coriander
Method

Whisk eggs with turmeric, pepper and salt.

Stir in onion, chilli and coriander.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in the mixture.

Cook on low until the base sets, then flip.
