An optional pinch for earthy depth.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 chilli, minced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Lime juice
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Tortilla chips to serve

Method

  1. 01

    Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.

    Mash to your preferred texture with a fork.

  3. 03

    Stir in onion, chilli, tomato and coriander.

    Season with lime juice and salt.

    Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
