Ingredients
- 1 cup corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 chilli
- Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Coriander
- Salt
Method

Combine the corn, beans, tomato and onion in a bowl.

Add the minced chilli and coriander.

Whisk lime juice, cumin and salt for the dressing.
