Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cauliflower, florets
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Coriander
Method
- 01
Heat oil and crackle the cumin seeds.

Add potatoes and cauliflower with turmeric, chilli and salt.

Toss to coat, then cover and cook on low, stirring occasionally.

Cook 15-18 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

Finish with garam masala and coriander.
